The fastest internet. And possibly the nicest.

Award-winning customer service (you may never need)

At Google Fiber, we believe the best kind of customer service is the kind you never need… because your internet just works. Whether that’s because of our 99.9+% network reliability, easy self-installation, or transparent and straightforward billing for all our products, there’s a good chance our customers may never need to reach out with a problem. It’s almost a shame, too, because we spent a lot of time creating the kind of service experience we think our customers deserve.

When you’re happy, we’re happy

When Google Fiber customers connect with a customer service representative (whether by phone, email, live chat, social media, or heading into one of our Google Fiber Spaces or face to face in their own home with our technicians), team members are rewarded on how satisfied a customer is, not how quickly they were able to rush a customer along. That’s part of why we have the kind of results that any company would be proud of, like keeping up a 96% on-time appointment arrival time (that’s an appointment time, not a multi-hour or half-day window) and a 96% customer satisfaction rate for our installation and repair services.

So when we find out our customers voted Google Fiber PCMag’s #1 ISP in Overall Satisfaction two years in a row or that we’ve scored the highest in customer loyalty in the American Customer Satisfaction Index survey, we couldn’t be happier. It means that everything we’re doing to build a better customer experience is working.

We built a different kind of internet

When Google Fiber started, we wanted to make something radically different from what internet customers had come to expect from their service. From speed and reliability that helped reshape the industry standard to a more thoughtful approach to customer service, everything has been designed to be easy to set up, easy to use – and easy to love. Ten years later, we’re still finding new ways to make our customers’ internet, and the customer service that supports it, even better.
